WHO IS THE CARE QUALITY COMMISSION?
STANDARDS OF CARE
The CQC sets out what ‘Inadequate’, ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ care looks like. They conduct a range of inspections and visits in addition to their regular regulation and inspection programmes. Where they find poor care, they will use their powers to take action. They use information and evidence throughout their work, including people’s views and experiences of care, they work closely with the public, other organisations, and local groups cohesively.
You can contact the CQC and provide them with information about the care you are receiving or have received, this helps them to decide when, where and what to inspect, to improve the standards of care for our Service Users.

As we emerge from the pandemic we are further developing our monitoring approach. In accordance with this approach we carried out a review of the data available to us about The AICS Group on 03-03-2022.
We have not found evidence that we need to carry out an inspection or reassess our rating at this stage. This could change at any time if we receive new information. We will continue to monitor data about this service.
