AICS Group is looking for Female Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with our client who lives in Berkhamsted. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Client: Our Client got a Brain Injury.
We are looking for a Female Support worker:
- YOU Must be drivers with own vehicle and able to transport client
- The client has 3 cats and a dog and enjoys walks in the woods with her dog
- The client is non-verbal (severe dysphasia)
- No personal care
- Challenging behavior, a client can get frustrated.
Therefore, looking for Rehabilitation Female Support Worker who can work :
12 hrs day
12 hrs wake-in nights
Minimum 1 Year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, Demonstrate the ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily
Current and clean drivers license, Experience of providing care to people living in the community
