AICS Group is looking for a strong Male Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with our Male client who lives in Hertfordshire. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Client: Our Client met with a road traffic accident and resulted him with cognitive issues. He loves to visit in community but have a behavioural issues.
Client consumes Alcohol, he is verbally and physically abusive as well as sexually verbal explicit. He can become extremely challenging and often gets frustrated with the word ‘NO’. Therefore, need a Strong Male REhabilitation Support worker who can be commited on a package.
Therefore, looking for a Male Rehabilitation Support Worker who can work:
2 -3 days in a week
11am to 7pm
Minimum 1 year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, Demonstrate ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily
Current and clean drivers license, Experience of providing care to people living in the community
