The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.
AICS Group is looking for a strong Rehabilitation Support Worker to work with our Male client who lives in Swabridgeworth. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Client: Our Client has a range of cognitive issues. Client does consume alcohol when emotions and stress is heightened, so staff would need to support with this.
Currently a new therapy team is being built but there are a lot of guidelines in to support
Therefore, looking for a strong Rehabilitation Support Worker who can work:
3 days in a week
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
12 Noon to 9 pm
Minimum 1 year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, Demonstrate ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily
Current and clean drivers license, Experience of providing care to people living in the community
